General guidelines



1. Players are not to be excused when breaking any of the server rules because they were not acquainted with the server rules. The rules are available on our website and forum for everyone to read at any time.


2. Encouraging bug abusing, hacking or breaking of any of the server rules, as well as making false accusations in the Staff's name is punished severely if reported.


3. Any goods (items, professions, gold, credits,account etc) lost due to being spent/deleted/blocked by a person who had the account information given to them by the owner (yourself) at any time are not a subject of a refund/restore.
- Two cases in which any of the previously named goods would be restored:
* Server fault (crash/bug/website issues)
* Your account was hacked and together with the Staff you managed to find out how and by who


4. Misloot/misbought:
When purchasing vendor items (such as PvP/tier items), double check if it is the right item, same goes for loot distribution Mistakes made will not be corrected by a Game Master.


5. Loot ninja'd/stolen or misloot: Be careful who you play with or who you distribute the loot to. Report ninjas in our reports forum as a warning to the rest of the community, but the loot will not be corrected by a Game Master.


6. False reports against other players or Staff members, attempt to scam the staff for items/accounts will result with account termination.


7.  A refund for lost loot due to a crash/unable to loot a boss(or instance chest due to a bug) is not possible without screenshots.


8. Reporting an occurrence is only valid if the event is not older than two weeks. (Swapping, channel misbehavior, harassment etc.)




                                    Behaviour and language in 'official' channels and punishments




1. The use of offensive words is forbidden. Including, but not limited to, unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, vulgar, obscene, hateful, racially and/or ethnically discriminating content. Racism is not allowed anywhere, in any chat.


2. Spam/Flood: Using colored text or big Icons in global channels is not allowed. Flooding it with repeated messages neither.


3. Do not post sentences or full words in caps. Caps are capital letters, either acquired by pressing shift or pressing caps lock.


4. The 'World' channel is English only. If you like to speak your own language, create your own channel (e.g. 'worldnl', 'worldde', 'worldpl').


5. Buying, trading, or selling a character or account is forbidden and therefore not allowed on the official channels.


6.Racism/Discriminatory Behavior: Avoid at all costs, insulting someone's country, culture, lifestyle or skincolor. Even if you are just "joking" it isn't allowed. It's wrong and you should know that.


7. Approaching discussions in a destructive manner in which you know will invoke emotional responses (aka trolling) or pointless long fights are to be taken out of world channel.


8. Looking for players to purchase credits for you in the official channels is not allowed. This is due to the number of scams which have to be extinct.
* You will receive an instant 30 minute mute for this.


9. Starting (or joining in) spams such as anal [item link] or anything similar containing links is not allowed.
* If a Game Master happens to login when there is massive flood ongoing in the official channels, they will mute the players involved for 30 minutes.


10. Repeatedly breaking the channel rules to 'get a GM to come online'
* Any staff members online at that time will grant the players involved 2 hours mute
* If none are online and the players were reported, the offense will be treated same as any excessive breaking of the channel rules while no Game Master is online.


11. Advertising other servers anywhere on server grounds will result with account termination.
* If the matter is on the fence (not direct advertising) you'll be asked by a Game Master to stop. Failing to do so may result with account termination or account suspension.

General punishments regarding breaking the channel rules:
- Verbal warning or a channel kick, depending on the offense
- A channel kick or a 15 minutes mute
- 30 minutes mute
- a temporary ban. The duration depends on how many previous bans the player has had for breaking the channel rules.
Special clause: If reported for repeatedly breaking the server rules because there is no GM online, the punishment is a ban of the appropriate duration (depending on the previous ban history).




                                          Behaviour towards Staff members




1. Golden rule: Respect goes both ways. When speaking to a Game Master be polite and respectful. Failing to do so will force them to moderate your behavior.


2. Do not impersonate any of the Staff members or pretend to be a Staff member if you're not one.
* If caught/reported for doing this you'll receive immediate account termination.


3. Insulting/mocking a Staff member in any way on server grounds is prohibited and heavily moderated.
* The Staff member personally has right to decide on the punishment and its duration (mute/ban)
Special clause* Repeatedly insulting a Game Master (relogging on alt characters to continue) may result with an IP ban even, as well as the loss of all your characters/accounts.


4. In case you're familiar with the GMs' play characters, respect their privacy and do not advertise them especially on the official channels. if rule is broken, there will be consequences.


5. If a problem arises between a Game Master and a player (You), please e-mail at kuzmaa998@gmail.com explaining it along with screenshots to support your claims. There is no need to not act civilized and resolve the problem with the Game Master's superior.


6. If you are not sure if a Game Master's action was correct in any way and you'd like it explained, please e-mail at kuzmaa998@gmail.com where you can discuss it with the Game Master's superior.

Special addition to forum rules regarding the WoW server:
You are entitled to an opinion and you can share it. You can also advise us, leave feedback and contribute ideas to the project as a whole.

You cannot
* Make demands towards staff.. ever... we owe you nothing
* Go around publicly "laughing" at staff, denouncing them.
* Approach discussions in a destructive manner in which you know will invoke emotional responses (aka trolling).

If this is all you aim to contribute then we don't want you and you'd best go elsewhere.

Such behavior will be heavily moderated both in-game and on the forum.
